Acts 13:19-21

^19 (A)When He had destroyed ^(B)seven nations in the land of Canaan, He ^(C)distributed their land as an inheritance—all of which took ^(D)about four hundred and fifty years. ²⁰ After these things He ^(E)gave them judges until ^(F)Samuel the prophet. ²¹ Then they ^(G)asked for a king, and God gave them ^(H)Saul the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years.
